Delivery
Orders from 4kits.co.uk are shipped via Royal Mail. The cost and timeframe of delivery will vary according to the weight of your order and the delivery service you choose.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday 08:00am – 4:30pm GMT, excluding Public Holidays. We aim to dispatch 'in stock' items within 1 working day once an order has been placed.
If your order is urgent and requires a Saturday dispatch, please add a note into the Comments Box below the delivery method when ordering. Alternatively email us at sales@4kits.co.uk - we will make every effort to process and ship your order immediately, but you must purchase the appropriate delivery service (i.e. the quickest one available to your order).
The estimated delivery times stated on the Shipping Page are provided as a reference by Royal Mail. Please note that this is not guaranteed and some parcels can take slightly longer due to postal delays, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.
If your order has not been delivered within the usual timescale quoted on site, it is likely that the parcel has been delayed in the postal system. Parcels sent via Standard Class Post or via Airmail do not carry tracking numbers, so cannot be tracked once they have left us. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system (national or international) for a period of 10 working days. It is very rare for a parcel to take this length of time to arrive but we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
If your order still has not been delivered after 10 working days please contact us at sales@4kits.co.uk and we can arrange for a replacement to be dispatched to you.
For UK orders please ensure that someone is available at your specified delivery address to sign for the package. If no one is present, a card should be left so you can contact Royal Mail to arrange a re-delivery or collection from your local Royal Mail depot.
* If you have requested that your order be left safe (for example: with neighbours, in porch etc.) please check that your parcel has not been left there.
Returns
We want all of our customers to be happy with the products they buy from us, but should your order disappoint you in any way, please contact us at sales@4kits.co.uk, we will provide you with our postal address, if you return the items within 7 days, unopened we will either replace the item or refund you immediately (minus postage) upon receipt of the goods.
